What is a cat art gallery? Is it a gallery full of paintings made by cats? Or a Gallery full of paintings about cats? Or a gallery where cats are the art?
Well, the first two are incorrect. Just as a cat café is not a café where they serve cats, or a café run by cats. Ours is an art gallery that features works from local artists. But also featured in the gallery are some adorable cats.
Just like many cat cafés, you pay an admission to spend 50 minutes with the cats. For those who love cats, but can’t have one, or who love cats and are looking for one to adopt, it’s a great place to get some kitty cuddles, with the added bonus of being able to look at some beautiful artwork.
Your admission helps pay the housing costs for our little friends, and if you just happen to fall in love with one, and you adopt that cat, that helps the rescue we are partnering with, and gives the kitty a loving forever home.
