Paul studied drawing for 3 years, first at the University of Lethbridge, and then majored in drawing and painting for two more years at the School of Art at The University of Manitoba, under the critical eyes of Arnold Saper, William Pura and Ivan Eyre.
Since his time in Art School, he has taken painting classes at Forum Art Institute, and has been painting off and on for the last 40 years. Generally focusing on portraits of people. The larger work he has in this show contains many faces, and the trick is to try and find them.
